When I was younger I loved looking at photos. Not of myself but, all living and non-living things occurring in the world around us. I found the art so outstanding.
My uncle has a many talents, one of which is being a photographer. Going through all of the beautiful photographs that he has taken in the past inspired to atleast try. I started taking pictures of anything that stood out to me while I was on my morning runs.
(This is from my uncles cherry blossom tree)
When I showed my family and friends they where amazed by some of the the snapshots I had gotten. Many people said "so you just picked this up?".
I look at these pictures and smile every time thinking "I did this, myself!". I would say I need a little practice with an actual camera other than my iPhone. And I wouldn't say I am the best photographer because I have help with auto focus, and many other automatic effects. But, I do not use filters on my pictures. I think that earth shouldn't have to have a filter over it.
(This red flower that just looked amazing to me)
(I found this outside my apartment building)
The photos below where taken on an actual camera. These where all captured around my grandmothers house.
I hope that you guys enjoy these photos as much as I do.
Thank you,
Jeanpaul Dube
